Read the lobby card from top to bottom
Start with the room or game name, then check the format, timer and visible rules link. Artwork is secondary because different rooms can reuse similar colours.
Treat countdowns as status information
A timer shows when the current screen state may change. It does not reveal a future result, and it should always be checked beside the correct round or room ID.
Understand disabled and loading buttons
A greyed button can mean a closed round, reconnection or pending result. Wait for a stable status rather than tapping repeatedly or assuming an action was accepted.
Keep account prompts within the site
Use only the public sign-in and recovery flow. Never send an OTP, password or payment credential through private support messages.
